TIL KA HALWA
INGREDIENTS
For syrup
- 1 cup sugar
METHOD
- On a pan add ghee; now add semolina and roast till it turns light brown.
- Add sesame seeds paste and keep roasting it.
- Add water, powdered sugar and keep mixing.
- For garnish make a syrup. For this in a pan mix sugar and water.
- On a plate place a ring mould and fill the prepared til ka halwa in it.
- For garnish on a plate remove the prepared syrup and garnish the til ka halwa with this.
