Kache Kele Ke Kebab
INGREDIENTS
- 125 gm kacha kela
- 50 gm grated paneer
- 40 gm boiled potato
- ½ tsp chopped ginger
- ½ tsp chopped chili
- ½ tsp yellow mirchi
- ½ tsp coriander leaves
- 1 ½ tsp pomegranate seeds
- 2 small tsp of corn flour
- 1 large tsp bread crumbs
- 50 ml oil or ghee
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- Take a bowl add raw banana, bread crumbs, corn flour, paneer, potato, yellow chili powder and salt mix well, make kebabs out of the mixture
- In another bowl take pomegranate seeds, ginger and coriander mix well. Take the kebab and stuff the stuffing in the centre and round the kebab with no gap in between
- Take a pan heat oil and keep to fry (shallow) and serve with salad and chutney
