Kache Kele Ke Kebab

INGREDIENTS

  • 125 gm kacha kela
  • 50 gm grated paneer
  • 40 gm boiled potato
  • ½ tsp chopped ginger
  • ½ tsp chopped chili
  • ½ tsp yellow mirchi
  • ½ tsp coriander leaves
  • 1 ½ tsp pomegranate seeds
  • 2 small tsp of corn flour
  • 1 large tsp bread crumbs
  • 50 ml oil or ghee
  • Salt to taste

METHOD

  • Take a bowl add raw banana, bread crumbs, corn flour, paneer, potato, yellow chili powder and salt mix well, make kebabs out of the mixture
  • In another bowl take pomegranate seeds, ginger and coriander mix well. Take the kebab and stuff the stuffing in the centre and round the kebab with no gap in between
  • Take a pan heat oil and keep to fry (shallow) and serve with salad and chutney
