TIL KA HALWA

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup ghee   
  • 1 cup semolina   
  • 1 cup overnight soaked sesame seeds paste   
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar   
For syrup 
  • 1 cup sugar   

METHOD

  • On a pan add ghee; now add semolina and roast till it turns light brown. 
  • Add sesame seeds paste and keep roasting it. 
  • Add water, powdered sugar and keep mixing. 
  • For garnish make a syrup. For this in a pan mix sugar and water. 
  • On a plate place a ring mould and fill the prepared til ka halwa in it. 
  • For garnish on a plate remove the prepared syrup and garnish the til ka halwa with this.
