Pomegranate Raita

Ingredients:


2 cups yogurt
1/2 cup of pomegranate
Pinch black salt 
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 green chilies (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 tsp ground sugar
1 pinch of powdered jeera /cumin seed 


How to make pomegranate raita :

  • Whisk the curd in a mixing bowl with a hand blender. Add salt, pepper and ground sugar.
  • Add pomegranate, green chili and coriander leaves.
  • Mix it well using the serving spoon and chill it.
  • Garnish it coriander leaved and cumin powder.
